Functional STRENGTH Training and Metabolic Conditioning ARE THE EXERCISE TECHNIQUES USED DURING MY FITNESS CLASSES!

All of my workout sessions and fitness classes include exercise techniques that focus on weight loss or weight gain; as well as balance, strength, flexibility, endurance, resistance and power. As a result, you will workout for shorter periods of time and obtain long lasting results! With this in mind, each Fitness Class, whether online or at a private gym, lasts 60 minutes.

I offer Virtual Fitness Classes, Online Training, At-Home Training, and a Hybrid model that includes On-line and At-home Classes. I also have a Monthly Guide, and Boot Camps.

Last but not least, through each training session, we will stay on track in order to reach your fitness goals.

1. FUNCTIONAL strengtH TRAINING

  • Functional Strength Training focuses on large body movements that stabilize specific muscle groups, and move other muscles to mimic activities of daily life.
  • This type of full-body workout is the key to long-term results.
  • Each session is carefully designed to improve balance, posture, endurance and flexibility.
  • This technique enhances the mind and body connection.
  • By learning proper form and doing full-body workouts, the body’s response becomes noticeable positive.
  • Functional Strength Exercises can be done at home or at the gym.
  • LEVEL: Beginners – Intermediate – Advance
  • TIME: 45 to 60 minutes per session.
  • FREQUENCY: Two to Four Times per week

2. METABOLIC CONDITIONING

  • Metabolic Conditioning is a type of workout that creates a huge caloric deficit not only during the training session, but afterwards; as a result, you will workout for shorter periods of time and obtain long lasting results.
  • When your body is working properly, it becomes more efficient at burning calories.
  • Metabolic Conditioning can be done at home or at the gym.
  • LEVEL: Beginners – Intermediate – Advance
  • TIME: 15 or 30 Minutes
  • FREQUENCY: Two to Three Times per week
