SPECIAL WORKOUT SESSIONS
This program is designed for teens between the ages of 13 and 16, and the objective is to teach them proper technique, find balance and improve physicality.
It is important to teach our kids about our bodies’ athleticism at an early age. By helping them to have a better understanding of what the body needs and how it reacts to exercise, we can shed a ray of light into a fun present where self love and self respect are key ingredients.
Most teenagers become extremely aware of the changes they are facing inside and out; and when it comes to the body, it is important to create an environment where knowledge enhances confidence and self discipline.
Learning proper technique is extremely important; specially when it comes to those growing up. The long lasting results are of great value.
Nowadays is not just fun, but important to ensure that our work environment embraces wellness and athleticism. Corporations and teams can offer employees and co-workers one or a few fitness classes in order to “shake things up” and promote the release of positive energy all around.
While having as a priority the creation of a fun, happy, and get-moving atmosphere, I can lead a fitness class that enhances the feeling of accomplishment, team work, and accountability.
