I design training programs that respond to your desires, necessities and your body type. By tailoring each class to what is needed, I help each client to achieve his/her objectives: Weight loss, increase muscular volume, body sculpting, and others.
By creating full-body workout routines, I can design programs that do not require daily fitness sessions. With two or three sessions per week while increasing accountability and modifying some daily habits like proper posture, we can all attain mind and body goals.

AT HOME TRAINING
Experience a complete workout at home, personal gym or the fitness center where you reside.
It has been proven that meeting routinely with a Personal Trainer improves the chances of achieving ones fitness goals. One-on-one training meetings helps us all achieve proper form while perfecting our breathing techniques, physicality and stamina.
I offer one-on-one sessions as well as semi-private training classes for 2-3 people max.
FaceTime, Skype or VideoChat allows us to follow a personalized fitness program. I will coach you and/or work out with you during the session.
By using or adding these technologies, we can overcome “obstacles” like distance and time.
This is a private training session.
This is a combination of At-Home and Virtual Training sessions. By having on-line sessions in between at-home sessions, we can stay on track.
When following a fitness regiment it is important not to skip a class, you can remain accountable and stay motivated.
The number of virtual sessions is less or equal to the number of face-to-face classes.
With this video library I customize each training session. Clients get a specific list of exercises with details about repetitions, intensity, modifications and more.

Having a fitness assessment completed before beginning a fitness program is important for several reasons. During an assessment, trainer and trainee can establish a baseline that determines the course of action and the exercises needed to achieve a fitness goal. Wether a person needs to lose a few pounds, add tone to the muscles or increase flexibility, during an assessment we can discover and/or evaluate our strengths and weaknesses. This evaluation allows me to obtain actual data to customize the exercise plan; furthermore, to use the data to measure progress.
Participants must complete a one-hour fitness assessment session prior to starting personal training.
