Questionnaires are sent and returned by email. Alexandra Lund is the only person within Alexa Lund Fitness who reviews your completed questionnaires. Our email provider also processes and stores these communications as part of providing its service.

We use your answers to understand your needs, assess suitability for our services, plan sessions, and tailor fitness and wellness guidance. Health questionnaire information is not used for advertising.

Home gym design consultations

An initial interview is required before purchasing our home gym design consultation service. During this interview, we discuss your goals, available space, budget, and equipment preferences to understand the project and determine whether the service meets your needs.
