Refund policy

Thank you for choosing Alexa Lund Fitness! We take pride in the quality of our products and services, and your satisfaction is our priority. Please review our refund policy below:

 We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

1. Products Eligibility for Returns:

   - We cannot accept returns for any products that are damaged, have been used inappropriately, or show signs of wear and tear outside of normal use.

   - All products should be inspected immediately upon receipt. By purchasing our resistance bands, pull-up resistance bands, core sliders, and yoga mats, you acknowledge understanding that some products may exhibit slight variations or discolorations due to their nature.

   - For all products, please refer to the accompanying manual. We want to remind you that overstretching the resistance bands and the pull up bands may result in tears and is not covered under our return policy.

- Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at luis@crenhance.com.

2. Manufacturer Defects:

   - We will gladly accept returns or exchanges only in the case of manufacturer defects. If you believe your product has a manufactured damage, please contact us within 15 days of your purchase date for further instructions.

 - Proof of purchase and photos of the defect may be required for processing your return.

 3. Services Policy:

   - All purchased classes must be utilized within 30 days of the purchase date. After this period, any unused classes will not be refunded or transferred.

   - All class bookings must be communicated via email, and we do not cover any costs for returns or exchanges related to services.
