We accept return requests only for products that arrive damaged or have a manufacturing defect. Contact us at alexalundfitness@gmail.com within 14 days after receiving your item. Include your order number, proof of purchase, and photos showing the issue.
We do not accept change-of-mind returns or returns for damage caused by misuse, overstretching, or normal wear and tear. Please follow the instructions provided with your equipment.
Pink Mini Loop Bands may sometimes have slight discoloration or color variations. Cosmetic color variations alone are not considered a manufacturing defect. If discoloration is accompanied by damage or affects the band's use, please contact us so we can review the issue.
Please contact us before sending an item back. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted. As a small business, we require customers to pay return shipping costs for approved returns, except where applicable law requires otherwise. We will provide return instructions after approving your request.
We will provide the return address and shipping instructions by email after approving your return request. Do not send items before receiving approval. Please retain your proof of shipment.
We will notify you after receiving and inspecting your return and confirm whether your refund is approved. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or credit card company may require additional time to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact alexalundfitness@gmail.com
Purchased classes must be used within 30 days of purchase. After that period, unused classes will not be refunded or transferred. Please arrange class bookings by emailing alexalundfitness@gmail.com
Cancellations must be communicated by email at least 24 hours before the scheduled class. No-shows and cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled class are charged at the full class price; prepaid classes will be counted as used.
